As far as I’m concerned, there is nothing better on a cold New England morning than hot soup. I often eat soup for breakfast, but when we don’t have any leftover, I make this simple egg broth soup. You can literally add anything you want to this  - as simple as broth, egg, sea salt and pepper, but on a morning that you have more time and some good left overs, get a little more creative.
